Advantages:

Светлая квартира, атмосферный балкон, на кухне есть всё для готовки

Disadvantages:

Горячая вода была с большими перебоями и вода в унитаз набиралась по полчаса, телевизор без смарт тв, посмотреть можно только телеканалы
