Расположение: все достопримечательности в 20 минутах пешком. Остановка транспорта возле дома. Магазин пятёрочка и спар слева и справа от дома. В соседнем дворе в открытом доступа огромная детская площадка. Удобный выезд на побережье и аэропорт.
В доме курение и проведение вечеринок запрещено. На кухне есть всё необходимое.
В комнате большая 200х200 см кровать.
