Advantages:

Расположение очень хорошее, магазины, рынок рядом, основные достопримечательности в 15 минут ходьбы, можно не пользоваться транспортом. Сама квартира небольшая, но всё необходимое есть. Рядом пруды в 5 минутах ходьбы

Disadvantages:

Минус только в том, что старый дом, 4 этаж без лифта и запах в подъезде
