Advantages:

Все понравилось. Просторная, чистая, уютная квартира в новом доме. Полностью соответствует описанию и фото, приятным дополнением оказалось наличие посудомоечной машины, не указанной в описании. Огороженная территория, уютный двор с детской площадкой. Проблем с парковкой не было. Отзывчивые и приятные хозяева, все вопросы решались моментально.
