В лесопарковой зоне вблизи Калининграда(9 км от центра города, идёт "Ласточка" всего 8 минут, а до моря 30 мин), до ж/д станции 12 мин ходьбы расположен отдельный домик (64м²) в деревенском стиле. Есть все удобства: кухонный гарнитур со всей техникой(всё новое), отопление, тёплые полы, кондиционер, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, совершенно новые наборы посуды и постельного белья. Душевая(полы с подогревом). Можно пользоваться и сауной. Полы полностью застелены ковролином. Есть терраса с набором уличной мебели(столы, кресла и крытый мангал)Участок 12 соток с прудом и парковкой для машин. Участок для безопасности оборудован видеонаблюдением а дом охранной сигнализацией.Предоставляем бесплатную сауну один раз в неделю.
