Удобное расположение в тихом районе. Все есть в шаговой доступности. Магазины рядом, общественный транспорт, на машине до центра 15 минут. Квартира просторная.

Disadvantages:

Будущим жильцам стоит учитывать: микроволновки нет, мебели в спальнях нет (одежду на пол складывать), сковородки нет (хозяйка обещает дать если нужно).
