Размещаем 2+1, до центра 10 минут! Инфраструктура развита(магазины, супермаркеты, салоны), королевские ворота, пл. Василевского, литовский вал, римская, куйбышева, пражская, московский проспект! Остановка 100м. Очень хорошо ходит транспорт(автобусы; № 24, №19, №146, №159, №103, №104, №101, №145, №149, маршрутное такси № 155 и т. Д.).

Выходные и праздничные дни цена меняется, так же меняется от количества суток проживания.
