Квартира отличная, все есть чисто уютно, магазин во дворе.

Disadvantages:

Стены картон, снизу комнаты слева от входа живут маргиналы о них вы узнаете утром, командировочным если нужны документы сразу листайте дальше, документов тут не дают хотя в объявлении указано обратное.
