Advantages:

Квартира чистая, уютная, все необходимое есть. Все фото соответствуют. Хозяйка доброжелательная и отзывчивая.

Disadvantages:

Нам было не очень удобно, что только один комплект ключей был. Ну и само расположение квартиры относительно центра города далековато. Как сказал таксист: «нужно очень любить балтийский район, чтобы там жить! »)) Но рядом есть остановка, маршрутки ходят исправно.
