Advantages:

Переночевать можно, чисто и тепло! Не очень удобно то, что санузел общий в блоке, приходится делить его с соседями. По описанию должна была быть двуспальная кровать, но оказалось, что две односпальные. Мне с супругой было немного некомфортно!
