Advantages:

Очень хорошее местоположение, отзывчивый персонал, чисто бельё. Квартира хорошая, как бюджетный вариант подойдёт.

Disadvantages:

В квартире нет кондиционера, в описании - есть. Летом жарко и влажно, бельё почти не сохнет. Жутко грязная и убитая свч. Двери "уставшие". Но это небольшие нюансы. В целом - рекомендую
