Advantages:

Самое первое что сразу расположило к себе - это раннее заселение. Мы прилетели в 4-40. По пути позвонили хозяйке и приехав на место она нас встретила и заселила. Квартира уютная, оснащенная всем чем нужно, спальные места достойные. Телевизор, интернет, техника кухонная, утюг, гладилка, шкафы вместительные. Транспортная развязка минут 8 идти (2-3 от конечной, места всегда есть в автобусе), до вокзала 12 минут идти и 8 ехать на электричке до центра. Детская площадка рядом, дети сами бегали на улицу. Магазины рядом. Очень остались довольны, тихий двор, уютная квартира, с удовольствием вернемся снова.
