Advantages:

Отличное расположение. В квартире чисто. Есть все для проживания. Заселение удаленное. Рядом магазины СПАР и Виктория. Отличный вид на реку. Рядом стройка, но в квартире при закрытых окнах тихо. не работает кондиционер, было не жарко, поэтому нам не критично.
