Advantages:

Понравилось всё, выбирали жилье ближе к спортивному комплексу. Большое спасибо владельцам и за заботу, и за быструю обратную связь. Заселились максимально быстро и очень комфортно провели время. Дом из малоэтажной застройки с тихим огороженным двориком, сама квартира очень уютная. Хоть и частенько ужинали в центре, сложностей с дорогой до дома не возникало. Всё очень понравилось.
