Вокруг озера — прекрасное место для прогулок, есть прокат катамаранов! В 5 минутах пешком находится Северный железнодорожный вокзал, откуда вы можете быстро с комфортом доехать до морского побережья. Кроме этого, в шаговой доступности любимые рестораны и кафе, торговые центры, кино, театры и развлекательные мероприятия — тоже всё рядом. Прекрасная транспортная развязка, в любую часть города.

Важно!
К размещению допускаются дети с 7 лет.
Нельзя с животными.
Запрещено: курить в квартире и на территории подъезда всё, что курится, вечеринки, шуметь и беспокоить соседей 24 часа.
Заключается договор аренды, берётся залог при заселении в размере 5000 р., возвращается в день выезда, после уборки, до 20:00.
При заезде в апартаменты вы несете материальную ответственность за ущерб имуществу, причиненный по вашей вине.
При заселении наличие паспорта обязательно.
