Удобная широкая кровать 160/200, хороший раскладной диван, телевизор, Wifi, балкон + бесплатная парковка рядом у дома.
Всегда всем гостям предоставляется чистая постель и полотенца. Фен, утюг, сушильная и гладильная доска.
Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.

Посуда на 4 гостей. Кастрюли, сковорода, тарелки, чашки, ложки, вилки и тд… Есть все.
Постель на 4 гостей! Диван раскладывается, ровный.

Курить можно только на уличном балконе, с плотно закрытой дверью в квартиру. В квартире курить запрещено.

Гостей, младше 25 лет не размещаем (без родителей)
Детей до 6 лет не размещаем.
На вечеринки, праздники, дни рождения - не сдаем.

Позднее заселение (после 21.00) невозможно без заранее предварительного согласования и подтверждения. (минимальный срок : 24 часа до заезда)
