Advantages:

Все прошло очень хорошо. Квартира полностью соответствует фото,есть всё необходимое для проживания, очень порадовали халаты в ванной комнате, единственное что немного огорчает нельзя открыть окна ночью, рядом ночной клуб, немного шумновато. И все равно впечатление осталось хорошее.
