Advantages:

Довольно удобно добираться из центра, есть магазины, ТЦ, супермаркеты в шаговой доступности. Чисто, постельное меняли через 3 ночи. Душ работает, вода есть. В номере посуда, микроволновая печь, электроплитка, сахар, соль. Тепло. На рецепции есть кофемашина.

Disadvantages:

В номере практически не текла горячая вода из крана для посуды. Так и не сделали до конца проживания, несмотря на напоминания. Ремонт дороги, грязь, это временно, но можно было предусмотреть что-то для чистки обуви в номере. Нет кулера или фильтра для воды в здании. Приходилось таскать бутылки из магазина.
