Advantages:

Уютная, чистая квартира. Кухня оборудована, есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Хороший ремонт. Телевидение, интернет - все отлично. Хорошая изоляция, летом - не жарко. Все понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Не хватает какого-то столика в комнате или прикроватных тумбочек.
