Advantages:

Квартира ухоженная. Постельное бельё, как в гостинице. Полный комплект полотенец. Есть реально всё, вплоть до зонтика. Собственник встретил и отвёз в аэропорт, дешевле такси. Климат регулируешь сам, любая температура радиаторов и довольно быстро. В данном случае, цена - качество, ну просто реально на уровне.

Disadvantages:

Чуть затруднительно ехать в центр, постоянные заторы, но кратко срочные. По квартире недостатков нет.
