Advantages:

Квартира прекрасная, расположение удобное, в квартире есть все необходимое, рядом много магазинов, остановка прямо за домом. До центра города на газели минут 7-10. Очень хороший, добродушный и отзывчивый собственник. Квартиру рекомендую!!!
