Сдаётся гостевой дом, состоящий из 2-х спален и совмещённый зал с кухней. Дом рассчитан на 6 человек (есть 2 дополнительных спальных места, раскладывающиеся кресла, предположительно для детей), в зале вместимость для празднования до 20 человек. Если снимать дом на сутки, то доплата за уборку 2000 р. Также нужно внести залог при заселении 10000 р., который возвращается при выселении, если ничего не испорчено.
Возле дома на территории 6 соток установлен банный чан, вокруг растут сосны и ели. Банным чаном можно воспользоваться за дополнительную плату. Также есть мангал, шампуры, уличная мебель, вся посуда, посудомойка, пастельное бельё и полотенца.
До центра города ехать 20 минут.
До моря (г. Зеленоградск) 25 минут.
