Advantages:

Чистая, хорошо оборудованная квартира, по заселению никаких вопросов.

Disadvantages:

Нет полотенцесушителя в ванной, расположение недалеко от вокзала,но всегда приходится переходить по эстакаде делая круг, рядом нет кафе и хороших магазинов, тот что в доме не вызывает доверия.
