Advantages:

Гостеприимная хозяйка. Заселились в районе 10 вечера без проблем.

Disadvantages:

Будьте готовы, что кроме вас и хозяев в доме будут другие постояльцы. Душ общий. Дверь в туалет на 3м этаже девушка вряд ли закроет, коробка просела и нужно силу нормально так прикладывать.
