Advantages:

Очень отзывчивая хозяйка! В квартире супер чисто, кровать удобная, простой ремонт, есть чайник, фен, утюг. Даже в жару было свежо. Находится в центре, везде пешком, но 5 этаж без лифта - имейте в виду, для меня это плюс. Немного темновата улица и двор, вечером немноголюдно. Ровно напротив spar и две кофейни.
