Advantages:

Квартира новая, чистая. Укомплектована бытовой техникой и столовыми приборами. Предоставляется чай, кофе.

Disadvantages:

Дом в стадии ремонта, заселено не более 10 квартир из 250. Лестничные клетки и лифты очень грязные, кругом строительный мусор и постоянный шум от электроинструмента, которым работают на разных этажах даже в выходные дни.
