Advantages:

Большая кухня, и вся квартира. Нормальная посуда, холодильник, стиралка. Чисто, окна на 2 стороны, достаточно прохладно. В 5 мин хороший Спар, продуктовый, кафе, зоопарк и остановка автобуса

Disadvantages:

Не очень удобные спальные места и постельное бельё. Занавески не работают
