Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, близко к морю. Рядом магазин пятерочка и автобусная остановка. Второй этаж (лифта нет). Вода из кранов течет плохая, с неприятным запахом, но это проблема всего поселка Янтарный, рядом с домом есть автомат по продаже питьевой воды
