На берегу Балтийского моря (неболее 200м до пляжа, 4 спуска к проминаду) в пгт Янтарный парк Беккера сдаётся посуточно двухэтажный дом (79м.кв.).
На первом этаже дома находится кухня в которой есть все необходимое для приготовления, приема и хранения пищи (холодильник, микроволновка, электро плита с духовкой, чайник, турка, все необходимые столовые приборы).
Также на 1 этаже находится комната с камином с тремя диванами. Два из них раскладные на 2х и одного человека, один не раскладной. В комнате телевизор,Wi-Fi в доме.
На втором этаже дома ванная комната (душевая кабина, раковина, ванная) совмещена с санузлом, стиральная машина, фен.
Также на втором этаже находится спальня с большой двуспальной кровать, встроенный шкаф.
Территория дома (8соток) огорожена. Есть беседка, зона барбекю и всё необходимое, стоянка для автомобиля.

Advantages:

Идеальное месторасположение - до моря метров 200-300 через шикарный парк! Уютная ухоженная территория, своя парковка. Красивый дом. В доме чисто, все исправно, все соответствует описанию. Сергею огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

Disadvantages:

Из недостатков пожалуй только специфический запах воды)
