С 25 августа цена указана за количество гостей-до 4человек.
В квартире имеется всё необходимое для проживания.
Спальные места: кровать (спальня), диван х2 (гостиная). В комнатах имеются телевизоры и кондиционер в гостиной.
Заезд с детьми обговаривается.
До парка 5 мин, до моря 7 мин, до озера вальтер 10 мин. Всё в пешей доступности, за исключением аптеки.
Квартира сдаётся лицам старше 25 лет. Не для вечеринок. Курение в квартире запрещено, депозит в размере суточной стоимости возвращается после уборки в 16: 00, при условии, что ничего не испорчено и следов от курения нет.
Просьба! Ночные заезды обговаривать заранее, так как в квартире до 12: 00 могут быть заселены другие гости.
