Advantages:

Расположен недалеко от города и близко к морю, чистый, современный дизайн, все необходимое есть в наличии. Уютный двор, есть мангал, дом хороший. минусы - 1) мало посуды. Дом на большую компанию, посуды столовой только на 5 персон, кушали по очереди. 2) бойлер маленький, помыться нормально может 2-3 человека, потом заканчивается горячая вода и надо ждать пока нагреется
