Сдается гостевой домик на территории 12 соток (построен полностью из лиственницы), утепленный, с отоплением в пос. Заостровье зелёноградского района, в 100 метрах от резиденции президента. Пары, которые вагонка выделяет во время эксплуатации, оказывают благотворное влияние на здоровье человека.
Расстояние до калининграда 35 км, до пионерского 1 км, до моря 200 м через сосновый бор. Автобусы до калининграда ходят каждые полчаса. Рядом три магазина. В доме две комнаты, оборудованная кухня, санузел, душ. Две большие двуспальные кровати и диван. Газ, горячая вода. В комнатах и на кухне телевизоры, 20 каналов. На участке беседка с освещением, место для барбекю, отдельный вход на территорию, отдельный въезд, парковка.
Wi-fi бесплатно.
На этой территории в 12 соток также находится дом хозяина, но друг с другом не пересекаемся, так как у домика отдельный вход и отдельный въезд для машины.
